Mobile Chiropractic Marketing: 3 Simple Ways To Increase Profits

Last Updated: May 31, 2019

If you use a smart phone yourself you understand how important mobile technology is to your life, to nearly everyone’s life for that matter.  Mobile chiropractic marketing is a big deal today and it’s not something you can afford to miss out on.

Tech savvy chiropractors are taking advantage of mobile marketing to increase statistics like kept-appointment percentage, patient retention and to fill last minute schedule openings.

Read over the following simple, highly effective mobile chiropractic marketing techniques to boost your practice marketing results:

1. Text (SMS) Appointment Reminders

Send text messages to your patients two days, a day or on the day of their appointment.  Many people do not check their e-mail daily, but statistics prove most open text messages within a few minutes of receiving them.

2. Text (SMS) Broadcast

How many times do you check your schedule to find it isn’t full?  Send out a mass text message to all patients signed up to receive them letting them know there is availability to get in.

Most text messages are read within 15 minutes of receiving them, so the chances that calls will begin coming in after the message is sent is very high.

3. Use Mobile Marketing Techniques to Follow-up Online Leads

Following up with potential online prospects is very important, but doing so through e-mail is not your best bet.  Most of our inboxes are flooded with random e-mails and spam.  It is overwhelming to go through them.

I am not saying to stop using e-mail, but also integrate voice messages and permission based text messages.  Using multiple methods of contact ensures you are reaching more of your contacts.

In this day and age you must be versatile when it comes to your chiropractic marketing strategies.  You need to convert potential patient contact into paying patients.  Do not let fear of the technological unknown dictate the success of your practice.    If there is a tactic that works better than what you are currently doing, it is in your best interest to figure out a way to utilize it.
