The Best Chiropractic Marketing Plan

Last Updated: June 24, 2019

When my wife and I were practicing we averaged 80 new patients per month with many months over 100.  We had a very developed and complex chiropractic marketing plan that I want to share with you today.  Not only will I walk you through how we created our plan, but I’ll also show you the exact chiropractic marketing programs we used.

Where most people fail right off the bat is that they want a marketing plan handed to them.  You can’t be successful at marketing until you’ve put your time in.  If you’ve read my previous articles you know that I recommend that you spend at least 15 minutes per day working on marketing.  What you’ll be doing during this time is building your plan.  Each day as you think through the details of your options you will begin to develop the plan that you will use over the next year.

Your first goal is to have at least one event planned each week.  Once you get there you need to shoot for having two events each week.  When you get to the point that you have an event going on every day of the week you should be close to generating 100 new chiropractic patients per month.  The key is staying focused and continually building on the plan that you have.

The good news is that I’ve done most of the heavy lifting for you.  I spent six years working on amazing chiropractic marketing ideas that you can take advantage of for free. CLICK THIS LINK to see the twenty seven free programs that I’ve laid out in detail for you.  There are articles and videos there of me explaining all the do’s and don'ts.  I’ll even take it one step further.  If you have more questions after you’ve gone through one of my programs just give me a call.  You can contact me through the phone number here on the site.

Now once you work your way through the articles and videos you need to start making your own plan.  Think about how you can make what we did better, or plan out exactly how you are going to implement each program.  It’s very important to do one at a time.  I would personally tackle this challenge in this order:

  1. Go through all the programs as an overview.
  2. Mark down a few that you feel you can handle at this point.
  3. Write down everything you need to do in order to implement the first one.
  4. Train your staff (if necessary) on what they need to do to help.
  5. Implement the plan and then reassess to see what you can do better.
  6. Repeat the process as you master each program.

It seems simple and it really is.  The key again is focus.  It’s very easy to be pulled away from your 15 minute study period.  It’s easy to give up because something you thought was going to work doesn’t work perfectly.  The only way to win is to be consistent and relentless.  No matter how many times you fall down you keep learning and getting better.
